Quality Assurance Auditor

Job Summary:

This positions primary responsibility is to audit DC output, including detailed and standard order compliance.  The auditor assists DC supervision with resolution of the non-conformity and may provide suggestions for preventative action.  The auditor will also assist in other QA activities as required including inspections and process audits.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 1 year warehouse environment.
• Must be able to travel to local L’Oreal warehouses for audits or inspections
• Work independently with strong aptitude to detail.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Auditing – Includes auditing of detailed and standard prep orders.  Activities include scanning of product compared to the packing list, visual check of units, carton, pallet requirements, and other required compliance checks. 

2. Assist in training of new auditors and other duties assigned as needed in QA.  Interact with management and floor supervision on errors and process improvements.  Report audits and validate processes.
