Overview of the role

Business partner to HR community. Manage headcount, Personal cost, and analytics. 

Lead a team to manage and lease with Mancom members. Enjoys projects and process enhancements. 

 

Key job responsibilities

The HR Controlling Manager will be able to manage more than 3 countries scope for


  • Planning and preparing for deliverables. Anticipate Risk and Opportunities. 
  • Monthly analysis and commentary on HC & Cost to HR & Finance stake holders.
  • Build Trends and Budgets on a timely manner and explain the variance between periods and scenarios.
  • Support function to HR Métiers for Financial topics. 
  • Bridge between Finance and HR (local to local, Zone, BEST, Corporate) 
  • Champions of HR and Finance systems tools
  • Translation of the HR strategies to Finance.
  • Master HR Norms and define Zone / BEST Internal Control Framework 
  • Recruit, retain and develop team (2-3 team members)
  • He / she reports directly to Head of HR Analytics and Controlling

 


Scope of HR Controlling

  • HEADCOUNT & FTE 
  • Salary planning (long and mid-term) – IPC (full including salary mass, accrual) 
  • Non-payroll cost like Expatriate costs

 

 

Systems 

  • COMPASS (internal system)
  • MAGNITUDE (internal system)
  • HR Systems (Carol)
  • SAP

 

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years as Controller/Finance Analyst/Finance Business Partner role or HR Rewards background and willing to learn Finance knowledge.
  • Collaboration, Clear Communication, Presentation skills
  • Organized and process driven.
  • Able to Challenge the status quo
  • team management experience is plus
  • Senior Stakeholders management 
  • English fluent
