Business Consultant

In this role as a Business Consultant, you will be the strategic business partner for our Professional Products Division's L'Oréal Professionnel and Kérastase salon network. Based in the Brisbane city you will report to the Regional Manager, drive business growth, and empower our partners to succeed.

• Drive Sales & Growth: You will achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing and growing an established client base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: By fostering strong relationships, you will add value to our partners' businesses, assisting their growth through professional marketing support and presenting new promotional activities.
• Manage Your Territory: You will work autonomously to cover the Brisbane city to North , with regional travel required to Cairns and Townsville, and use our CRM system for effective administration and reporting.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional with a talent for building relationships and driving results. You are a natural self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.

• Sales & Business Acumen: Experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Hair Care or FMCG industry. A Cert III in hairdressing is highly desirable.
• Negotiation: You have the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at a high level.
• Relationship Building: You excel at creating and maintaining strong, value-adding partnerships with clients.
• Results-Driven: You are focused on achieving targets and delivering strong performance.
• Autonomy: You are able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and take initiative to meet new people and open new accounts.
