Under the supervision of the Group Product manager, the Product manager will orchestrate marketing strategies across different teams including sales, education. He or she will execute promotions (online + offline), campaigns and launches that correspond to a B2B + B2C market. He or she will contribute to the local adaptation of international assets/material that will speak and resonate with our local market. He or She will hold a central strategic position in working with a dynamic team on one of the biggest brands in the haircare market.
Manage product portfolio ; adapt marketing strategies for B2B and B2C consumers; Adapt, Develop and execute marketing plan; Responsible for planning all events surrounding launches + promotions; Participate to the plan and launches 360 ;Control budget and promo inventories ; manage feedback/forecast/E&O; analyse results for appropriate recommendations; respect deadlines with perfect execution; do road visits monthly to better understand salon business ; present results and next steps for upper management; Collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve common goals.
