THE TEAM & CONTEXT:

In your role of e-commerce specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our digital presence. You will manager the day-to-day operations of the D2C site and will create significant impacts in initiatives which include SEO optimization and UX analysis. The role is a phenomenal opportunity which provides career progression in the digital space, CRM, communications and more!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the E-commerce Manager in the launch of the new E-commerce platform (Next Gen LORA)
• Support eCommerce campaign operations (promos set-up, test and activation) including seasonal campaigns/animations & optimization of permanent website content with marketing team to achieve online sales objectives
• Ensure a consistent, optimized & relevant customer journey across our D2C content, services and channels (website, email, display, social ads, search, affiliate) for a seamless experience (leverage the full potential of the new Ecommerce platform when launched)
• Review and optimize SEO practices to increase product visibility and sales conversation
• Ensure an agile, bug-free user experience on our D2C sites, following global e-commerce requirements and brands guidelines support incident management for any major issue (global/local) affecting the site experience

WHO YOU ARE:

• You posses 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Have experience with digital merchandising, order flow, UX and HTML
• You are an entrepreneur at heart looking to reinvent the digital landscape through an analytic lens compliment with a thirst for creativity
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
• You are curious, detail-oriented person looking to contribute to a team and organization which values technology, diversity equity and inclusion and sustainability
