Your Challenge:


You will have to work with Country brand representatives, BRM at country level and all external partners to prepare and adhere to project timelines and budgets. Furthermore, you will work closely with the global CDO team in Paris and the Digital IT & Retail services in NYC to leverage their expertise.


Your responsibility will be to plan, deploy and manage the delivery of CRM & Loyalty platforms across Canada and Latin America. You will manage the deployment of all requested CRM modules including Campaign Management, Loyalty programs personalization, Reporting and Analytics.


You are the perfect candidate if you define best practices in term of project management, maintain excellent communications within both the business and technology communities and bring consistency in the way you deliver CRM projects. The position is based in montréal with travels to South America.


Your profile

  • Bachelor or Masters in Information Systems
  • 3 to 5 years experience in CRM platform implementation
  • PMP certification
  • Project management experience with Agile methodology
  • Bilingual French & English, speaking and written is a must. Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus

You're good at

  • Being able to work under pressure and on several projects in parallel
  • Excellent written and oral communication and influencing skills
  • Prior experience implementing CRM or Loyalty platform in a large organization
  • Inter-cultural experience in a global organization a plus.
