Compensation & Benefits Specialist is a key person in the company for the matters of pay and social benefits in order to guarantee the competitiveness of pay from both a collective and individual perspective, by suggesting corrective action plans and aligning the pay practices in several countries. In order that the person on that position is happy and fulfilled, he/she has to be obsessed by numbers, enjoying building huge databases with compensation simulations, able to see the big impacts, as well as the small details that make the difference, in position to explain argument and implement changes.
Multi-country or multi-currency simulations should not be a challenge and thus mastery of Excel and SAP are must have. Preference will have applicants with relevant HR experience, University degree, and fluency in English.
