What You Will Learn:

 

We are looking for an individual who is committed, driven, and eager to learn. Additionally, self-motivated, team player and detail-orientation are necessary qualities for the role. Insatiable drive to improve to positively impact the team, brand and customers are also key.

 

This individual will be reporting to both the SVP of Commercial Sale and the SVP of Digital to provide administrative support as well as facilitate communication of key business information, ultimately creating a strong team culture. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Facilitate and proactively communicate key business information and planning details to maximize team organization and cohesion
  • Support SVP Commercial Sales and SVP Digital – assistance with meeting preparation, PowerPoint presentations, excel analysis, collecting information from the broader organization with strong follow up
  • Support SVP Commercial Sales and SVP Digital administrative needs inclusive of but not limited to calendar management, meeting organization and follow up, scheduling, and office supply ordering
  • Plan and host team events such as award ceremonies, team gatherings, and bonding sessions 
  • Co-plan, develop, and execute recognition materials and memos as needed
  • Create agendas for weekly team meetings as well as take notes during 
  • Assist SVP Commercial Sales and SVP Digital with completing expense reports in a timely fashion

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Valid work authorization in the United States of America
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs of SVP Commercial Sales and SVP Digital
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and to multi-task while being efficient
  • Proactive – ability to self-manage-projects with high levels of organization and overcome obstacles
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Brand métier – ability to discern brand appropriate activities/investments
  • Basic business acumen, desire to better understand customer and sales dynamics
  • Analytical proficiency and willingness to learn – how to analyze impact/effectiveness of investments, ROI
  • Articulate, personable, team-oriented and ability to lead a cross-functional team
  • Willingness and ability to own, follow-up on, and complete any administrative tasks
  • Ability to travel to event sites, sales meetings, customer sites, and medical conventions as needed.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $62,800 – $73,440 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level) Please note this role is hourly, and eligible for overtime.
