A Day in the Life As a Transportation Coordinator on our Physical Flows team, you will report to the Physical Flows Manager at our Dallas, TX distribution center. You will be the central point of contact for coordinating the daily flow of outbound shipments, ensuring our products reach their destinations on time and in full.

  • Shipment Coordination: You will manage and coordinate truckload (TL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) appointments, working with our warehouse teams and carriers to ensure capacity and meet required delivery dates.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor late shipments, investigate root causes, assign reason codes, and maintain trackers to provide statistics and drive performance improvements.
  • Documentation Management: You will create and maintain daily transportation logs, set up international shipment paperwork, and handle ad-hoc requests for documentation like Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing slips.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will serve as a key liaison between our security teams, warehouse staff, and external carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

We Are Looking For You are a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • Experience in Transportation Management, with a good understanding of TL and LTL operations.
  • Strong Logistics Coordination skills to manage appointments and schedules effectively.
  • Knowledge of Shipment Documentation & Compliance, including BOLs and international paperwork.
  • Excellent Carrier & Stakeholder Communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis & Reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel to track performance.
