Plan, develop and manage social interactions across Corporate digital channels to increase Corporate brand exposure and strengthen Corporate brand image.
A/ Define and Enhance the Corporate Brand Social presence
- In accordance with the Group’s image, select the best platforms for social media presence, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc…
- Create and manage Social Asset Optimization to ensure Corporate’s media performance
- Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, manage & control Corporate and Group Brands’ conversation across social platforms i.e.: social communities, KOLs platforms, partners’ platforms ect.
- Manage the work with KOL/celebrities to ensure their matching with the Group’s values.
B/ Provide Innovative & Meaningful Content
C/ Community Project
- Create, develop and manage content for Corporate’s online presence.
- Manage monthly editorial calendar and work with Group brands team to develop appropriate content.
- Ensure the corporate image on all social media channels and strengthen our key messages across social platforms.
- Develop KV & video for e-campaigns
- In charge of the community digital training online
- Provide report & analyze the learners data to understand needs and adjust the program to ensure reaching the target volume.
- Be on top of market as the best practice of digital training program
