Your mission…

As EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) & Fleet Project Manager your role will be to drive and support in a variety of projects and process improvements in a dynamic and complex environment. Joining a strong team and working closely together with internal and external stakeholders, you will actively contribute to the local implementation of global ambitious objectives within sustainability and health & safety. The role reports to the Nordic EHS & Facility Director. 

 

You will...

  • Lead projects to build and ensure structural processes related to fleet management, analyze data and propose adapted solutions
  • Manage our Nordic fleet in close collaboration with the local stakeholders
  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring our offices are carbon neutral by 2025; 
    1. Foster innovation and creativity to protect the environment and reduce impact of activities 
    2. Create and secure the related roadmap
  • Benchmark, apply and share EHS best practices from external and internal entities
  • Drive and support various projects within EHS and facility management, report and analyze EHS data and ensure compliance with Group guidelines
  • Support Nordic and Operations leadership team in the implementation of EHS strategy, action plans, tools and programs to achieve the group’s objectives within sustainability and health & safety
  • Deliver general EHS training on site, and drive the EHS training program of the site with HR and managers 
  • Support the EHS & Facility team on various ongoing tasks

 

Your profile: 

Our candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, EHS Management or equivalent with a proven track record in project execution and stakeholder management with minimum 5 years of working experience.

  • can implement projects from A to Z. Plan, execute, communicate with involved stakeholders and deliver on-time and on-budget
  • have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority and good time management
  • is business oriented and able to communicate with senior management stakeholders
  • is motivated by challenges and have an entrepreneurial, open-minded, innovative mindset
  • manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • is a team player with a good business understanding and have a flexible and pragmatic approach to work
  • have a flair for numbers, speak English fluently and have good IT-skills (incl. SAP and Excel)
