As the Nordic Key Account & New Channels Manager your role is to professionalize the way we support and develop Key Accounts cross Nordics by improving the internal collaboration and lifting the way we work by sharing global best practices. You will explore opportunities for conquesting chains and professionalizing our approach. You will build a Nordic business case around new channels to explore near future opportunities. The role reports to the Nordic Commercial Director. You will also collaborate closely to the Nordic General Manager.
- Investigate areas for improvement related to our Key Account approach in NO, SW, DK & FIN
- (Key Accounts, buying groups & mini chains)
- Set up clear guidelines for new ways of working, new internal and new external flows
- Creating a Nordic overview of Key Account contracts, find areas for improvement and find out how we can stand out in big conquest negotiations
- Investigate new channels and seize the opportunities
- You have significant senior marketing or commercial experience
- You have the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- You have the ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities
- You have attention to detail
- You have a deep analytical understanding
- You have Customer Relationship Management skills
- Proven Project management experience
- Strong Coordination skills with Internal & External stakeholders
