Your mission… 

As the Nordic POS Graduate, you will work with POS materials development for in-store brand activations of Garnier and L’Oréal Paris non-makeup categories. It is a role where you can take ownership, quickly develop, collaborate with many stakeholders, and impact the retail expression of our brands across the Nordic region. The role will report to the Nordic Retail Brand Managers for L’Oréal Paris and Garnier and will work closely with the Nordic POS Manager. 


You will 

    • Be responsible for display creation and follow-up; create displays for makeup brands based on input from Brand team and business development team, be the go-to person for all questions regarding displays
    • Be responsible for production of in-store material following the Nordic brand plans; do the full process of in-store material order from creation of layout to production and delivery of materials to warehouse

About you...

  • Have completed a master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, International Business or similar within a year  
  • A skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Solid organizational skills and effective task prioritization  
  • Interest in marketing and business, coupled with creativity and an eye for detail 
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • A pro-active team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Have entrepreneurial spirit and dare to take responsibility 
  • Experience in the FMCG and/or the beauty industry is a plus, but not a must 
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus 

 

We are looking for the Nordic POS Graduate to start as soon as possible. The employment is fixed term for 12 months.
