Your mission… 

As the Salon Business Development Manager your role is to grow our salon channel by buidling on business & customer experience insights. You will provide added value to teams and clients by driving a client centric business service agenda and ensuring effective business & sales support, enabling teams to deliver exceptional service experience to our Nordic Salon Channel. The role reports to the Nordic Commercial Director

You will... 
  • Develop and drive our salon business excellence programs – online & offline
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective utilization and administration of our SFA (VIP)
  • Ensure effective and efficient sales support to our field force
  • Leading Sustainability initiatives for the salons
You are... 
  • You have significant marketing or commercial experience 
  • You have the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
  • You have Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • You have the Ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities
  • You have Attention to detail, as well as an Analytical understanding
  • You have Customer Relationship Management
  • You have proven project management experience
