This role reports directly to the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer (CDMO).
The role is expected to be hands-on, largely an individual contributor who can take full ownership of the key partnerships management, KPI setting & monitoring and projects advancement under supervision of the CDMO. In addition, collaboration within the CDMO team members and stakeholders outside the team is vital to the success of the role.

Our ideal candidate is a data specialist with ability to work with a wide diversity of data (the job notably covers Eommerce / Social / Digital Marketing / CMI) and is an analytical & problem-solver who is able bring to life the most innovative data projects in order to accelerate our business growth.
§ 3+ years hands-on experience in a similar business analyst role with a strong focus on business intelligence or data analysisProject Management Skills: plan timeline & project’s scope, coordinate with both internal and external parties to deliver analysis / dashboards / data projects on time in full.
§ 3+ years hands-on experience in querying and working on large datasets
§ 3+ years hands-on experience on designing and building data visualization by using Power BI or similar visualization tools
§ Proven experience on end-to-end (full lifecycle) data projects
§ Experience on working directly with business stakeholders incl. sponsors and business leads/ project managers
§ Good command of spoken and written English
§ Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
§ Ability to drive demand/projects, analyze complex problems and communicate plans and findings to internal customers/stakeholders
§ Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
§ Fast learner and eager to try new things
§ Pro-active, Self-motivated & Problem-solving attitude
- Power BI, SQL is a must.
- Python is recommended.
