Introduction

We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our digital team. This position, you are responsible for the development and implementation of the brand’s global content & SEO strategy. Based on keyword research, website data, business priorities and industry trends you identify opportunities and translate this into qualitative and consumer centric content. Closely working together with both internal and external partners, you manage the implementation, activation and growth of our new platform. You are in charge of the global SEO strategy for the brand and you coordinate, distribute and optimize the monthly SEO content. Key job accountabilities

Strategy: develop and rollout the content & SEO strategy for the brand

  • Build the yearly content & SEO strategy
  • Set up the brief for our external content partner and monitor results throughout the year
  • Integrate product launches, tutorials and trends into the monthly articles
  • Identify key SEO territories and launch strategic audits to update and extend our article base

Content production: develop qualitative and consumer-centric content

  • Set up and maintain the yearly editorial calendar
  • Closely work together with our external content partner to  produce monthly articles
  • Coordinate quarterly shoots and all visual selection to ensure consistency with  brand image and alignment with all other (digital) platforms
  • Copy-edit and proofread all content, ensuring that everything is legally approved, SEO compliant and in line with the overall brand sense of purpose

Content distribution: plan and distribute the content

  • Integrate all finished content into our master & CMS
  • Establish a clear retro planning to deliver content on time
  • Create monthly content packs and share with countries
  • Upload and arrange content on our internal sharing platform

Performance: measure and evaluate performance

  • Set up clear KPI’s and manage & optimize dashboard to monitor the success of the content
  • Share reporting and work together with drive countries to improve content and adjust strategy if needed
  • Act as an in-house consultant to advise other members of the digital and marketing teams on editorial and SEO topics

Professional skills

  • Strong creative writing & editorial skills (in English)
  • Experience and interest in SEO and SEM
  • Understanding of the content management process and CMS tools
  • Google Analytics and Adobe Photoshop skills preferred
  • Experience in beauty or luxury industry preferred
