KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to train, empower and grow key stakeholders for data awareness and BI tool
  • Compile CRM data insights & develop/deploy a strategic monthly CRM KPI dashboard to demonstrate business insights and be accountable to deep dive the issues combine with marketing campaigns or events
  • Stay close and adopt emergent analytical methodologies, tools, and applications to ensure an impactful and efficient fit-for-purpose approach
  • Work with Regional business team members, country team members, internal IT teams and external teams to represent the requirements from a technical perspective, prioritizing them and monitor progress. Ensure they are aligned and can support the multi-channel interaction and data strategy
  • Monitor & report Consumer Interaction & Consumer Relationship performance across Asia Pacific.
  • Translate internal and external data into meaningful insights and recommendations for key stakeholders to make marketing decisions to drive business growth, investment efficiency, effectiveness, and/or transformation – with a focus on ecommerce, CRM, and digital product(s)

§ Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders across the countries in Asia-Pacific

Growth of existing business through various implementations

Clearer and higher insights available across different parts of business to aid decision making

Adoption by markets of Recommended Actions

CORE Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor degrees in major of Finance / Computer Sciences /Statistics /Econometrics/ Mathematics
  • At least 3 years working experience on data & analytics or data in Multi-Channel Consumer Analytics
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, …), programming language (R / Python) and SQL
  • Market insights acumen to support marketing decision-making
  • Be able to understand full cycle Multi-Channel CRM from Demand Generation, to Prospect Nurturing, Loyalty, Re-purchase & Re-marketing
  • Willing to learn new technology in data domain
  • Good English communication skill
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Siebel and other commercial CRM tools is a plus
Experience in Data Analytics company like Bulefocus, Arvato, MRM, Epsilon, Wunderman, ICLP is a plus
