Develop and execute a digital social media strategy, ensuring
consistency of our message and high consumer engagement along the path to
purchase. Work collaboratively with Brand marketing, Integrated Consumer
Communications, eCommerce and external agencies to provide guidance in the
execution of our digital plan. Deliver category-wide thought leadership and
data analysis to build robust story telling for the brand online, drive key
cross-platform programs and investigate innovative approaches in paid and earned

awareness and conversion to the Carol’s Daughter brand.
