Director, Performance Marketing + Creative
YOUTH TO THE PEOPLE
We are seeking a Performance Marketing + Creative Director to develop campaign strategy and performance creative content to support advertising, brand growth, and awareness across all content-led paid channels. They will identify best practices for acquiring and retaining customers through a variety of digital channels, such as paid social, TV/OTT, display, and email. And are tasked with ensuring consumers are shown targeted content at each stage of the funnel by bridging data, trends, and creative into performance driving content.
They must be able to communicate clearly and think strategically about what drives engagement, traffic, and conversion across channels and content types. By partnering with the greater team, they will translate data, testing, and platform trends into creative assets that prioritize revenue goals and bring Youth To The People to more consumers across the globe.
Lead and develop performance marketing ads and content that drive new consumers to engage and convert in collaboration with Paid Media, Marketing, and Creative – from conception to launch.
Own cross-channel campaigns and performance to drive and optimize customer acquisition and retention against sales and growth KPIs across Display, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate, SEM, OTT, OOH.
Strategically translate business opportunities into advertising and performance content strategies to effectively communicate to customers throughout their journey.
Collaborate with the Analytics and Insights teams to improve core KPIs, LTV, and payback periods per channel and cohorts.
Identify opportunities within customer funnels and develop creative hypotheses to iterate and evolve content types with digital designers, paid media, and marketing teams.
Act as the primary liaison between Growth, Creative, and Marketing while ensuring growth and brand objectives are aligned.
Inform creative partners and broader stakeholders about emerging media opportunities, trending content types, and performance creative best practices.
Work with the E-commerce, CRM, and Digital Product teams to A/B test landing pages targeted at prospective customer segments and cohorts.
5-8+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Direct-To-Consumer.
Experience measuring and optimizing performance across different attribution windows and a deep understanding of growth marketing.
Experience with diverse ad types – CRM, Paid Social, Search, Display, TV/OTT – for driving exponential growth.
In-depth understanding of all marketing channels and how they interact with one another to generate ROI.
Proven track record of ability to read trends and connect to a consumer through content.
Expert in Google Analytics, BI tools, advertising platforms, and Excel.
Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Hungry, humble, and smart with a knack for data, creative, and performance.
