2. Channel Trade MKT Management:
- Collect and analyze all relevant data: online market trend, share, competitor activities, consumer behavior in order to reflect in to the Online MKT strategy
- Build Trade MKT strategy for Online channel in line with Brand strategy: Products, Pricing, Promotion, Campaign to achieve business objective.
- Work & align with EC Manager/KAM for trade MKT plans & activities ( Promotion: Pricing, Voucher, PLV; Activation). Drives monthly, quarterly promotion & activities plan for Ecommerce
- Work with MKT & KAM to build GWP plan & supervise team for the production progress & deliver on time.
- Work with EC Manager/KAM, MKT, Supply Chain team to ensure the trade MKT plan implemented on all online channel on time, on track.
- Manage channel conflicts via channel activities, trade promotion in order to maximize the revenue by effective cost.
- Track, monitor & evaluates promotion & activities plan by brand, by platform to have better view on investment
- Work together with EC Manager/KAMs to manage promotion cost in line with budget.
- Supervise data analyst to build local dashboard for online team: SO dashboard, Promotion Analysis dashboard, Consumer insight dashboard, mega campaign ... & deliver on time
- Consolidate the bottom-up FC from commercial team & review to make sure in line with MKT strategy for FG & PLV
- -Work closely with SO & Suppy Chain team for stock allocation, FC validation monthly
