Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Set up Brand EC media strategy based on consumer strategy & product strategy
- Guide brand EC team & Buycoor EC team on campaign planning, execution & review. Provide division level (cross brands) standard tracking dashboard and give the recommendations and execute strategies
- Co-wrok with CRM team & marketing team on consumer segmentation, social drive interest & multi-touchpoint planning to improve all media performance.
- Build up standard EC media working process & standard tracking dashboard to measure the performance of all brands in ACD.
- Innovation thinking on create tools support division EC media automation.
- Closely work with L’oreal group & other division on best practice sharing
- Keep pace with all channel media trends and developments, aware of new format and opportunity; Competitive brands monitoring and reporting is also needed
- Passion for consumer & data.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems efficiently
