Mission: As a member of the Regional Digital Team, you will oversee the Ecommerce Trade Marketing agenda to boost online sales across 10 countries in Asia. Being a key business partner to the brand teams, you will monitor the performance of our online channels, make recommendations on conversion optimization, media investments, best in class online functionalities and online animations. Ultimately, growing our online sales and online market share.


What you’ll do:

Lead Ecommerce trade marketing, drive countries to execute online animations and promotions to meet commercial objectives   

Work with brand teams to ensure we have the right level of digital media investment that maximize online sales

Make recommendations on traffic optimization leading towards a better media efficiency

Provide fact-based input to the brand teams to ensure that product offers meet the ecommerce need across different countries

Optimize e-boutique journey, maximize user engagement and conversion rate 

Based on strong data analysis, develop solid understanding of our customers’ onsite behavior and set merchandising action plans accordingly

Ensure that segmentation and personalization opportunities are used to drive sales and customer engagement

Share recommendations of the website design, initiate new features and online tools based on merchandising best practices

Drive the APAC AB / MTV testing roadmap



Who we are looking for:

5+ years experienced in driving online sales & online merchandising

Confident, articulate, able to inspire strong collaboration with brand teams and countries

Comfortable challenging our online performance based on facts and industry best practices

Strong knowledge in online traffic acquisition and conversion optimization

Analytical, familiar with web analytics tool, AB testing platform, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud a big plus

Motivated and wants to influence and make an impact

Comfortable working with teams from all levels
