IT Cosmetics, WWD Prestige Brand of the Year 2015, is expanding our digital marketing team with an Email Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, specifically email marketing. You are passionate about lifecycle marketing aimed at strengthening customer engagement, and loyalty with our IT Girls! Your background is grounded in consumer marketing and excel at using data to identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
Working closely with key stakeholders, including Director of Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, and Social, to execute successful and breakthrough campaigns focused on email and loyalty channels. You're eager to grow and take on ever-increasing responsibilities.
Plan, execute and optimize all email marketing campaigns to drive sales, customer retention and engagement.
Identify new opportunities for segmenting and targeting content to different audiences.
Champion the continuous advancement of brand standards and email best practices including list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
Work across channels to create integrated campaigns that span email, display, social, mobile and on site.
Fully conversant in various email marketing and related email analytics and reporting on campaign performance, list engagement, customer segment performance to gleen key insights.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms to create/manage campaigns.
Improve deliverability, increase open and click through rates along with other key metrics.
Partner with marketing, creative and developer partners to create and test new technologies and innovative campaign concepts.
5+ years experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and scaling email marketing programs
Professional experience working in direct to consumer ecommerce business, preferable with consumer products, beauty, or retail.
Experience designing and implementing customer segmentation strategies.
Analytically focused and uses data to continuously test, measure and optimize email performance
Deep knowledge of Excel and, ideally, hands-on familiarity with analytics tools (i.e., Google Analytics, Netsuite, Coremetrics, Omniture).
Hands-on experience with ESP platforms (such as Bronto, Strongview, Oracle/Responsys, CheetahMail, ExactTarget, etc.).
Mobile marketing experience and push notification experience a plus.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a laser-like focus on the details.
