Job Scope:

  • Own/Mastering Trade Marketing Plan aligned with each Category Development's objective throughout the year
  • Develop/Initiate Trade Activities based on channel & area needs.
  • Develop Shopper Activation aligned with Category Development's objective. Always shopper centric mindset - push sell out
  • Provide analysis & insight for every activity (Sell Out, ROI, what's next)
  • Continuously initiate/improve supporting tools to help sales team

Requirement:

  • Min. holds Bachelor Degree
  • 2 years relevant working experience in Trade Marketing/Promo & Activations
  • Experience in consumer goods/ beauty industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in active English
  • MS Office Literate
  • Possess superb analytical skills
  • High energy, drive and takes initiative
