Budget Management, Optimize MTI Channel Budget by quarter. Lead the RAMs to implement the MTI’s budget usage.
Planogram & POSM Management, Make sure the Planogram implementation at MTI Channel’s store as the update guidance. Make sure the POSM implemented in MTI Channel’s store as the company’s policy. Lead the RAMs to focus on the Planogram & POSM implementation in MTI Channel’s store as the company’s policy & guidance
Team Management, Make sure all the update Promo, Planogram & POSM at MTI TOP Accounts will be informed to each field operation team (RM, RAM, AM, ASE, DSS MTI). Lead the RAMs to focus on Annual Target Achievement, based on annual target growth. Lead the RAMs to focus on SKUs Complete based on OAGs both at existing SKU or New Product SKU (NPDs)
Close coordination with the each field operation team (RM, RAM, AM, ASE, DSS MTI) for the each program implementation in each Regions. Join Visit with the RAM & AM/ASE in each Regions.
