At L’Oréal we are seeking a creative and disruptive Digital & Performance Manager to drive Consumer Product Division's business in Indonesia.

Reporting directly to the Digital & Media Director of the Consumer Products Division, you will be responsible for driving Digital & Performance for some of the most iconic beauty brands in the world. 


You will....


  • Drive digital operation excellence: Frame + Strategy Performance Media Golden Rules
  • Manage KPI Performance setting & cost saving 
  • Lead on ROAS frame guideline 
  • Lead on Search excellence: SEO + SEM
  • Set media Performance learning agenda with key partner
  • Data Driven Marketing
    1PD Data-audience segmentation &activation
  • Digital Media innovation / new territory including Digital dashboard - media performance
  • Manage digital agency ecosystem - for owned asset


You have....


  • Proven experience in 5-7 years Performance Media working experience and strong track record in execution and implementation of overall digital media strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics and bid management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, creative thinker and high attention to detail.
  • Team player who takes ownership and enjoys delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English
