Then joining L'Oreal might be the opportunity that you've been looking for! Now we are looking for an ambitious & driven E-Key Account Manager to drive our business.

You will...

Build, manage and develop long-term e-commerce relationships. Achieve targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners.
Develop plan, KPI and goals to achieve for each e-commerce partner.
Define and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales, finance).
Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans.
Prepare and present products proposals to future and current e-commerce partners.
Own brand activations.
Drive sales performance through improving brand visibility, e-shop merchandising, Promotion Strategy, Content, Livestream, and other available in-platform tools.
Lead Total Online Livestream Activation Manage in-platform promotion budget, Ensure compliance to P&L Guideline. Monitor Daily Online Sales Activity, Provide Insight on full e-Com Metrics: GMV, PV, Items, ASP, Basket Size.
Analyze Product Mix, Continuously Monitor Bundles & Trials Packs Performance Analyze In-Platform Media.
Stay up to date with Latest in-platform feature.
Execute multiple test & learn scenarios.
Drive Collaboration & Operational Excellence.
Ensure Compliance across ATP, Promotion and Visual Execution within platform.

You have…

Having minimum 3 years working experience as E-KAM, preferably in FMCG and ecommerce platform
Currently handling or has previously managed Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts.
Proficient in English
Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
High interest on beauty industry
Has ability to seek new trends in e-commerce
