As Jr O+O Manager in L'Oreal Indonesia, you will have the opportunity to formulate strategy & program implementation for O + O channel (offline store that having online business or pure online store) that operating in the marketplace of ecommerce.
Develop strategy and action plan on consumer acquisition, perfect store concept on online
Assess trading term and build stronger term
Work together with GT field team on the operational and account penetration
Manage activation and budget management for O+O channel
Customer Relationship Management
Create expansion Strategy
2-3 years experience as Key Account Manager/Sales Manager handling ecommerce and GT in multi-national company/ start-up company
High capability on reading data and conducting analysis
Have good analytical skills, negotiation skills, and project management skills
Able to manage multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
Comfortable working both independently with minimal guidance and in a team setting
