As Jr O+O Manager in L'Oreal Indonesia, you will have the opportunity to formulate strategy & program implementation for O + O channel (offline store that having online business or pure online store) that operating in the marketplace of ecommerce.

You will....
  • Develop strategy and action plan on consumer acquisition, perfect store concept on online
  • Assess trading term and build stronger term
  • Work together with GT field team on the operational and account penetration
  • Manage activation and budget management for O+O channel
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Create expansion Strategy

You have…
  • 2-3 years experience as Key Account Manager/Sales Manager handling ecommerce and GT in multi-national company/ start-up company
  • High capability on reading data and conducting analysis
  • Have good analytical skills, negotiation skills, and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
  • Comfortable working both independently with minimal guidance and in a team setting
