High Flyer Internship is a 6 months program designed for dynamic and ambitious students eager to gain real life working experience under industry experts. You will be given real responsibilities and become the pilot that navigates the project from its departure until it reaches its destination.

Project:
Monitor O+O classroom and completion rate 
  • Create online and offline session on L’Oréal Access 
  • Help salon participants to enroll and complete their classes 
  • Compile KE Education dashboard and fill in monitoring form (#HDs contact, #sessions, #doors, #KE active user, Etc.) 
L’Oréal Access Competition 2023 projects 
  • To help translate GOMO modules  
  • Create local content 4x per month 
  • Train and register L’Oréal Access participant (routing to KE salons) 
  • Monitor monthly activity of L’Oréal Access Competition 2023 
  • Distribute monthly/quarterly reward 
POL activation project 2023 
  • Create e-booklet for POL competition based-on 2022 campaign (4x activation in 2023) 
  • Brief and register participant 
  • Distribute reward per campaign 
  • Supervise social media report by agency 
  • Regularly create O+O social media session with POL 
To help execute KE Education Event 2022-2023 
  • Help execute KE Edu Graduation Class of 2022 
  • Help O+O KE EDU-Day event 2022  
Requirements:
  • Indonesian Nationality
  • University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included)
  • Available for full-time internship for 6 months
  • Proficient in English both verbal & written
  • Has leadership experience and active in student organizations/ campus activity
  • Possess good communication skills & positive working attitude
  • Dynamic & creative, with high energy
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Takes initiative
