You will...

Craft standardization on how TA works
Groom the existing TAs to be professional both on looks and also mind
Train the existing TAs on attitude (how to behave like professional)
Train the existing TAs on Communication skills
Develop TA to diligently record the sales and conduct E Visit minimum 200 salon per TA
Train the existing Team Leaders of Technical Advisor to be next supervisor or Junior manager (succession planning)
Sell in and sell out management all by Technical Advisor
Ensure compliance

You have…

5-7 years working experience as Sales Supervisor for beauty products
Bachelor's degree in any major
Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
Strong interest on beauty industry.
Strong leadership skills
Good knowledge on ecommerce industry
