We have a suitable position of Head – Advocacy & Influence in the CDMO function at L’Oréal India. This role will be responsible for leading the advocacy mandate for L’Oréal India in conjunction with the divisions. 

You should have 7-9 years of relevant work experience in digital and advocacy marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai - HO.

Key Responsibilities:

PARTICIPATE TO THE DEFINITION OF ADVOCACY AND INFLUENCE STRATEGY FOR THE COUNTRY: 

    Define the strategy by synthetizing guidelines from different divisions, and priorities defined by the Country & Zone Marketing team. 

    Co-lead the Advocacy acceleration programs across divisions & categories

    Make sure to have an actionable approach, that can be translated in concrete action plans. 

LEAD BEST IN CLASS EXECUTION PROJECT TO MAKE SURE ADVOCACY AND INFLUENCE IS WELL EXECUTED IN COUNTRIES: 

    Help define key priorities for the country for advocacy and influence strategy, define KPI of success and challenge action plans

    Make sure divisions have all the needed resources (information, content, etc.) to deliver their strategy

    Monitor closely with division community leads the actions and their results

GATHER AND SYNTHETIZE ADVOCACY & INFLUENCE GUIDELINES FROM THE DIFFERENT CDO TEAMS: 

    Share guidelines with the Divisions. 

    Animate upskilling sessions on guidelines & circulate best practices

    Participate in guidelines’ creation by the CDO teams from zone

ENSURE STRATEGIC BENCHMARKING ON EXTERNAL BEST PRACTICES:

    Synthetize inspiring best practices from other brands, in the beauty world but also in other industries. 

Key Competencies: 

    7- 9 Years of experience in digital and advocacy marketing. CPG brands preferred. 

    At least 4 years of experience in Advocacy and Influence field

    Experience of Agency & Influencer management is preferred

    A specific expertise on Advocacy (and not only paid influence) would be appreciated. 

    Excellent Synthesis Skills. 

    Able to translate theoretical guidelines into actionable recommendations.

    Matrix organization management along with superior stakeholder management skills

    Project management at scale.

Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):

    Travel will be needed <10% to the time
