We have a suitable position of Trade Marketing Manager in the LDB Division at L’Oréal India. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing Trade Marketing programs and activities for customers and shoppers with commercial and marketing teams designed to maximize in-store brand presence and hence deliver better offtakes.

You should have a 6-8 years of relevant work experience preferably with FMCG/Beauty sectors. The location of the job will be Mumbai - HO.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Identifying, Defining & implementing key business driver for each channel
  • Competitive benchmarking & repository on marketing & trade spends
  • Scheme design and budgeting
  • City wise planning on GTM - How many stores/doctors
  • Weighted and Numeric distribution planning & targets by rep/distributor
  • Detailed Channel wise target buildup by city
  • GT and dispensing Program design
  • Trade Calendar and monthly meeting with Reps
  • National merchandising and visibility - POSM ROI, POSM decision, Allocation and execution follow-up 
  • Design of Selling enablers
  • Playbook - Selling Stories & Handling Key objections
  • Distributor ROI analysis & next steps
  • New effective & efficient models to cover existing & new geographies
  • Organizational energy boosters/contests
  • Retailer wise sales analysis and tracking
  • DA ownership - GTM design, incentives, execution instore

Key Relationships:

  • Internal Interactions: Marketing, Commercial, Education, Financial Control and Supply Chain
  • Reports into the Commercial Director
