Corporate HR (Talent Management) 12-MONTH ADMIN INTERN

We are currently looking for a 12-month intern to work with our Talent Management HR team. This is a paid internship opportunity that requires a candidate who has graduated with a degree within the last 12 months and is able to work 40 hours per week. This internship will provide an opportunity to build a foundational knowledge in HR and learn about the industry with the number one beauty company in the world. Throughout the 12 months, the incumbent will also work with multiple HRIS and reporting systems, perform hands-on HR tasks, and receive a well-rounded skillset of how to be a strategic HR professional.
HR Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
•Help facilitate non-exempt intern recruitment, interview scheduling, first round interviews and follow-up
•Prepare for annual meetings such as talent reviews, HR Mgmt Meetings, etc.
•Provide support during the intern new hire integration process
•Prepare and maintain reports
This involves logistics:
•Eligible participants must be in enrolled in senior year of college or within 12 months of graduation from a four year undergraduate college or university with educational history continuous and no breaks greater than five months between diploma/degrees received.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong Critical thinking skills is a must as it relates to analytical responsibilities. Curiosity to understand HR metrics (+ systematic reporting) for all 3 functions a must.
• Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• High level of organization
•Ability to handle fast-paced environment and to multi-task
•Prior HR experience preferred
•Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Prior internship experience preferred
