* Build EC Key Account Strategy from the corporate view point* Manage EC Key Accounts as the representative of Nihon L'Oreal* Negotiate with EC Key Accounts based on the consolidated needs of each division* Liaise with various functions to support efficient Indirect EC operational flow for each division* Lead business development / promotional activities with Key Accouns at NOA level* Support each division's EC business by giving professional suggestions/advices* Issue reports on consolidated Nihon L'Oreal EC business (both Direct & Indirect) for key stakeholders in Japan and Head Quarter* Understand the EC market trends and competitors activities (both in Direct & In-Direct EC business.) Issue reportsaccording to the necessity.* Support CDO (Chief Digital Officer)
* More than 5 years experience of
* Experience of EC related projects management
- E-Commerce business in consumer goods companies, using EC platform such as Rakuten or Amazon
- Or working for EC platform companies such as Rakuten or Amazon
* Good communication skill both in Japanese and English
* Good PC skill: Powerpoint, Excel
Preferred Qualification
* Experience of working for foregin companies or living in foreign countries* Experience of working in a company with multiple brands
