Ensure a smooth and successful integration of Takami, developing people, allowing to protect and develop their unique business model and Brand DNA while securing business scalability and mitigating integration risks
Process management with functional project members, report to integration Director
・Coordinate and schedule key milestones and decision making forums, coordinating for critical stakeholders in the decision making process
・Attend and monitor team progress and escalate critical roadblocks to Integration Management teams, then escalated to Management Committee.
・Flag critical interdependencies and escalate to project management offices and communicate back to functional project members
・Act as agent between L’Oreal team and Takami, building relationships and conversations between parties
・Build and manage data and information sharing tools (e.g. SharePoint portal) between integration members and functional project members.
・Ability to coordinate and make decisions on key stakeholder attendance / coordination in critical meetings
・Independent and critical thinker and leader who can challenge members on progress and design choices / escalate to management in a timely manner at appropriate levels of details
・Good knowledge of solutions for data / info sharing platforms
・Has an ambition to be part of TAKAMI story
