Junior Digital Specialist (m/f)

Based in Sofia


Your impact in this role: 


  • Responsible for the digital campaigns of the Active Cosmetics Division brands: choosing of the proper digital media, working over the media plan and raising brand awareness
  • Collaboration with digital & media agency
  • Follow-up of the execution and reporting; monitoring local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand’s ambition
  • E-commerce action plan and follow-up
  • Support of all digital activities of the brands
  • Execution of the local digital marketing strategy to develop the brand positioning on local market, rolling out the brand’s digital activity and ensuring consistency with the brands sense of purpose
  • Ensuring local marketing, communication and commercial coverage towards developing the consumer engagement and loyalty
  • Identifying online and offline drivers, articulating the digital strategy with the brands positioning
  • Placing consumer’s insights at the heart of the marketing and business model

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is passionate, business driven & analytical researcher
  • Has 1-2 years of previous experience in digital (preferably in FMCG)
  • Has experience in social media, digital media, digital technologies and data analysis
  • Is data driven and consumer obsessed
  • Is eager to learn and able to switch between operational and creative tasks
  • Is able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders
  • Has ability for precision advertising and is digital tools savvy
  • Has ability to act as an ambassador internally to drive change within the brand/division
  • Has great planning and follow up skills
  • Is not afraid to innovate and challenge his/her ways of working
  • Has ability to foster deep collaborative relationship with agencies and peers
  • is native Bulgarian speaker and speaks English fluently
