Strategic Contribution for the role:
§ Assist the line manager to define the brand direction on a 3-year horizon that includes:
§ Marketing plan for the brands,
§ Portfolio strategy including marketing mix/ new launches
§ Financial working/sourcing strategy,
§ Hero products strategy,
§ Animation of core catalogue,
§ Media strategy,
§ Brand partnerships and pricing strategy
§ Execute new launches and marketing mix strategies for hero ranges (IMC/360/Digital/Retail/ E-commerce) and build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences along with effective budget management for both offline and online business.

Functional Responsibilities:
§ Lead overall execution of brand content and communication strategy with global & zone brand guidelines along with local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale)
§ Execute the in-store promotional & animation plan along with trade marketing team and commercial teams.
§ Partner with Line Manager in building appealing selling stories for and with commercial team and present them into respective meetings.
§ Execute end-to-end E-commerce plans including ensure A+ content/visibility, activation/promo, launches and expansion in line with brand’s strategic vision & guidelines.

Budgeting & Forecasting:
§ Manage the P&L for the brand and ensure all business KPIs are being met
§ Manage the spending of marketing budget of brand/category and monitor actual vs. budgeted cost to highlight any variances for effective alignment.

Business Development:
§ Implement promotional strategies to enhance awareness with an aim to increase revenues for brand/category.
§ Prepare reports and analyses highlighting progress on and impact of marketing initiatives in hand.

E-Commerce Platform: 
§ Executive end-to-end E-commerce plans by ensuring A+ content/visibility, activation/promo, launches and expansion in line with brand’s strategic vision & guidelines. 
§ Manage brand health on e-commerce platforms and closely track brand’s consideration and saliency.
