eCommerce Key Account Manager
The KAM will be responsible for indirect distribution (eRetailers and Pure Players) strategy and trade terms. Analyze local eCommerce Market Size, Key Players for online Health & Beauty (together with CMI) and set up Business Plan for eCommerce.
Negotiate and align Joint business plans with eRetailers & Pure Players, with regular Joint reviews on achievements / KPIs.
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build network
Capacity to analyze large volumes of data, with the ability to spot trends and use the interpretation of the numbers to create a positive outcome
Knowledge of modern sales tools (ECR, CatMan, CRM, data systems)
Good knowledge of FMCG Sector and first experience in Health & Beauty
Previous experience in eCommerce or KAM/CatMan
Knowledge of relevant legal aspects and competition law
Develop new businesses: innovate, recommend & reapply
Manage of Amazon, Mercado libre, Walmart.com accounts among others
