National 3PL Manager
- Daily OPS management with CS/OPs to ensure quality results for the organization.
- Manage the physical flows with the coordination of 3PL of receiving, replenishment, logistics budget and outbound
- Ensure 3PL service level as per the agreed SLA
- Ensure 3PL cost KPI’s
- Reduce the POSM inventory level by identifying the old stock laying in the WHs.
- Ensure timely closing of the return GRNs with the coordination of 3PL and communicate effectively for any Deviation.
- Manage KSA logistics budget and lead the projects that will provide visible reduction in KSA cost.
- Maintain the operating cost within the budgeted CPU.
- Deploy Monthly Cutoff Process in line with the Group Principles.
- Manage the PO cycle for vendors.
- Manage inbound activity, validate and book the service invoice timely.
