Giorgio Armani Designer Fragrance houses the Beauty and Fragrances of Armani, Viktor & Rolf, Diesel, Ralph Lauren, Cacharel, Maison Margiela and Proenza Schouler.

Our division wants to empower women and men with award winning brands. You will be part of an expert team driving brand awareness and sales for these established brands.

As a Beauty and Fragrance Expert you will have a true passion for fragrance, be able to sell knowledgably and confidently the products within the portfolio, ensuring luxury customer service at all times. You’ll be target driven, and possess skills in traffic stopping as well as the ability to engage with the customer when telling the story behind the product to enhance the brand experience and maximise sales.

Along with sales challenges and business leadership you should also be capable of taking ownership of the GADF business in your platform. More than just pushing sales you should be capable of controlling your Sell Out performance, generating weekly reports, as well as; controlling account and personal targets, agencies relationship, stock levels and leading and creating promotional activities.

You’ll have the opportunity to attend L’Oréal Designer Fragrance training and education as well as benefit from L’Oréal learning opportunities so you can development yourself within your role, opening up career paths such as becoming a Team Leader, Regional Trainer or Regional manager in the future.

To be successful…

  • Experience working in a fragrances and Make-up sales environment.
  • Experience in Make-up application.
  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends, school holidays and Christmas.
  • Have a desire to learn fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide best results for clients.
  • Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and able to follow basic service flow.
  • Have detailed knowledge and awareness of the fragrance and make-up market
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules
  • Are comfortable to traffic stop when relevant, to share your brands with more people.
  • Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
  • Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability.
  • Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
  • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.
  • Convey passion and master story telling.
  • Connect with our clients and care, provide good solutions and after sales/clienteling.
  • Be flexible, resilient and have a passion for challenges.
