Based on knowledge of digital channels and understanding of business, define data sources & attributes, analyze data and develop segmentations to contribute to continued growth for brands and the consumer relationship.
- Implement CRM business plans to build long-term relationships with identified high-value consumers
- Define consumer data attributes, analyze data and develop consumer segmentations
- Analyze brand’s and competitors’ marketing activity to make recommendations to management
- Collaborate with Marketing manager to select the relevant sources of information
- Work with Digital & IT divisions to support data collection, integration and retention based on the input collected with the Marketing/Sales/Salon-education managers
- Perform ad hoc analyses of Google analytics, SAP, social monitoring platforms
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape
- Be analytically savvy and translate numbers into actions


[Job Requirements]
- University graduate
- +5 years of experience
- At least +3 years of experience in digital campaign and journey development in digital agencies or equivalent qualification
- Experience of loyalty program development preferred
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Computer skill proficiency : Strong Excel skill, PPT, Word
