  • Orchestrate the launches and push growth of skincare products and contribute to continued growth for the brand
  • Develop the products, market and consumer expertise and knowledge of the brand
  • Collect and Analyze consumer and market insight and competition strategy
  • Implement new launches and maintain strategic growth in pillar and core skincare product
  • Propose and develop marketing strategies (360 / Digital / IMC) to build integrated brand marketing strategy
  • Adapt the communication materials in offline and online
  • Mobilize and Collaborate with other team members and department (sales, logistics, training and communication, e-commerce)
  • Manage the sales forecast accuracy and Forecast the product sellout target and stocks
  • Manage the PPP budget of categories in charge
  •  Develop the expertise in marketing, project management, operational excellence
  • Execute the product campaign with brand identity insured
  • Implement the retail strategy with retail and education team for proper implementation
  • Implement the strategies in different channels



*Qualifications

  • Education: University graduate
  • Years of experience: 5 ~ 7years
  • Experience: Beauty, Luxury, Product Manager, Operations, Brand, Media, Digital,
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills: Computer skill proficiency : MS PPT, Excel, Word
