The HR Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. You will work closely with our HR team to support the day-to-day HR operations, learn about HR processes, and contribute to various HR initiatives. - Recruitment Support:
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to HR communications and newsletters.
- Training and Development:
- Support the organization and coordination of training programs and workshops.
- Assist in tracking employee training and development progress.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify training needs.
- Special Projects:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of several HR projects (support, communication, methodology, etc.).
- Conduct research and data analysis for HR-related tasks.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents and administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any other related field
- Understanding of HR Processes and Best Practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
