Who am I?

As the B2B E-Commerce Manager you are in charge of LPS (L’Oréal Partner Shop) deployment & adoption. You are the Business owner of the LPS platform, localizing & driving the adoption plan and change management process to catalyze and support the strategic PPD transformation journey. 


Your profile

You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore, you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.


Our ideal candidate has:

-          5 years of experience

-          Previous project & change management experience

-          A strong customer-centric mindset with great organizational skills & complexity management

-          Knowledge of commercial and business processes

-          Good insights in local Supply Chain & Operations processes

-          Based in the Netherlands, ideally with a knowledge of French and/or Dutch, English is required
