Who am I?

As marketing coordinator, you are the backbone of the team by supporting them on operational marketing activities and projects:

  • Support "go-to-market"/retail marketing activities by creating and producing in-store materials (e.g. displays, folders, explanatory leaflet, etc.), participating in the development of external and internal activations. All of this while respecting brand charts and values. 
  • Be the link between different departments of the division as well as external suppliers to achieve a common objective of operational excellence; ex: the logistics department, POS suppliers, the marketing team, the sales team, etc.
  • Support marketing teams in daily organization such us: team meetings, events, cycle meeting preparation,… 
  • You take care of specific ad hoc requests that are linked to the brand such as activities with influencers, brand events.

Your profile:

We are looking for a caring, organized, and structured person, who knows how to multi-task in a complex environment and equiped to work with different countries, brands & stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Three years of experience
  • You are Multi-tasking, very organized, to work efficiently
  • You are able to communicate quick and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are an expert with Excel & PowerPoint and can quickly learn how to use operational tools.
  • You are a team player, but you can also manage processes independently and autonomously.
  • French and/or Dutch native and very fluent in English.
  • You are creative and know how to think outside the box, being hands on and problem solving
