Become responsible for the development of our Premium Skincare brands

through 360˚ activation  all relevant touchpoints!

 

As a Brand Activation Manager/Product Manager of our Premium Skincare brands with professional anchorage you will be responsible for:

 

  • Preparation, execution and follow up of yearly brand marketing plan, in order grow business and deliver profit across different distribution channels (B2B, B2C)

  • Execution of yearly Brand Communication plan (B toB, B to C) to create a loved brand and deliver Brand Equity KPIs (Awareness, Image, Website visits, brand specific Social KPIs, Media Reach & ROI, Influencer engagement)

  • Creation of brand content support on key launches,  new services and products for all communication channel

  • In charge of the brand execution on E-retail and brick and mortar POS

  • PR/E-PR and influencer strategy and cooperation

  • Planning & follow-up of marketing budget

 

 

You are our new Brand Activation Manager/Product Manager Skincare, if you have:

 

  • At least two years of experience in marketing, PR, media, communication

  • Excellent organisation skills, goal-orientation, resilience, autonomy and high sense of responsibility

  • Good time management skills, cooperativeness, very good level of communication skills, strategic and out of the box thinking

  • Strong can-do attitude, strong ownership of the projects managed, readyness to face challenges

  • Sensitivity to trends and beauty, openness to learn beauty and skincare language is a must

  • Good knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media

  • Native in Czech or Slovak language, professional  English knowledge
