L’Oréal and its professional haircare division is currently looking for a new team member to join our communication and market development team to define and implement the multibrand communication strategy of the division to develop the image of our brands, their visibility and reinforce locally their reputation over time!
As a PR & Media Communication Manager in L‘Oréal you will be empowered to:
Develop a communication plan based on the yearly brand briefs and supervise its execution
Supervising and managing the content calendar of the division (the mutlibrand owner of all communication, setup communication priorities and timings based on brand briefs and brand contents)
Press and influencer relations (digital influencers: bloggers, vloggers as well)
Identify relevant communication channels for the brands and manage yearly press and PR negotiations
Supervising brand campaign briefing processes, coaching of brand teams on briefing and campaign execution
Full ownership of media, PR/ePR and digital media budget
Supervising owned media creative processes: Professionnel magazine (magazine for hairdressers every 2 months), hair supplements, newsletters
Support the work of division social media team by multibrand vision, process and strategy together with the corporate social media team leader
Management and development of 3 direct reports:
Content editor, digital manager (ecosystem owner and campaigns), PR intern
You are our new PR & Media Communication Manager, if you are:
Experienced in PR, media, communication, marketing management at least 5 years
Professional English knowledge, native knowledge of Czech or Slovak language
A confident communicator and presenter, manages to present complex concepts verbally with ease
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential: as needs to supervise the work of the content editor
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills, Superior project management and time management skills
Able to share his strategic vision and campaign briefing framework to coach marketing teams
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
People developer and proven leadership skills
Sensitivity to beauty products, trends and willingness to master beauty language
