L’Oréal CZ/HU/SK with its regional HQ in Prague is a fast-growing company with a strong position on the beauty market in all these countries.
L’Oréal and its massmarket division is currently looking for a new key team member to strength our finance team and grow our revenue growth management on markets of Czech Republic and Slovakia.
As a RGM Manager you will be empowered to:
Execute RGM deployment and embedment in the local organization
Develop and conduct RGM analyses with multifunctional teams (marketing, brand, commercial, BD, Finance, CMI) based on pricing manuals
Combine internal & external (Nielsen, customer sell out data), financial and not financial data
Maintain average consumer prices and Pack price architecture (Category, Product, Channel & Customer mix management), Promotional schemes and ROI
Drive the implementation of the current RGM initiatives to realize incremental turnover and Gross Profit
Develop strong understanding of retailers’ dynamics, value drivers and consumer
Build upscale team on RGM priorities to grow business and understand overall RGM methodology
Reinforce RGM insights and initiatives to the organization, counterparts and senior management
Contribute to RGM capabilities building (e.g. share best practices)
Min. 2 years of experience in revenue management or finance
Independent and responsible approach
Ability to network and communicate with different stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Advanced knowledge of English language
