We are privileged to partner with hair care professionals worldwide, and we provide them with the finest products, newest technologies and best training in order to deliver outstanding professional service to discerning consumers.

Now we are looking for a new colleaguewho will support sales team with various activities and help to coordinate tasks related to internal education.

YOU WILL:

- Take care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, reception of calls, organization of business travel, entering receipts for expenses, processing mail, preparing responses, orders for office equipment, etc.
- Plan the organization of departmental meetings and the coordination of major events (sales conferences, area visits, international meetings, plans, prospectives, etc.).
- Draw up purchase orders, monitor budget and expenditure.
- Coordinate educational programmes (communication with participants, booking accomodation atc.)
- Connect various departments/people (Sales, Finance,  Merchandising, PR, Training, etc.).
- Communicate with external service providers 

YOU ARE the one, if you:

- Are team worker and passionate about administrative job
- Have previous experience in similar job (assistant, administrative field)
- Are well organised and proactive in fullfilling various tasks
- Knowledge of English language is a plus!
