Digital Operations Manager

Context :  

-OPERA² is a CDO strategic Programme to enable and sustain the e commerce acceleration within the group, and it’s made of 2 connected tools PIM+ DAM, deployed in DMIs and in countries

- As the Programme is entering progressively a new phase (from Roll out to Product management), we need to reinforce our team by creating a new job : OPERATION Manager

Rôle : Opera Operations Manager

Opera is now live on 30 countries and 34 DMIs. More than 8000 users are actively managing assets and product information.

In this context, we need to strengthen our Operations around the demand management and the support.

Under the management of the Opera factory lead, and as Operation Manager, the chosen candidate will be in charge of next activities:

• SLA Activation and follow-up
• Optimization
• Team management
• Coordination with IT in zones and countries

In all those activities, the candidate will be in direct contact with businesses and IT in zones.
